On Saturday, the 4 -th of June 2011, the Regional Roma Educational Association from Kratovo organized a preparatory meeting for the big event "Staying Alive 2011" festival for the 11-th of June 2011.
At this meeting, the youth agreed on the street actions and the performances on the stage. One of the street actions was a flash mob, using the Tunak Tunak Tun song, another action was the "Frozen town", also the youth agreed to create a giant condom for info distribution. Another important step was to invite the artists of the Poster drawing contest to draw paintings in the streets.
RROMA agreed on the proposal of the youth to use the fashion design of their students that study fashion design and invite little children to wear them, since it was a kids collection. Also, the RROMA girls to wear different traditional clothing, showing the multiculture of Macedonia.
The youth worked also on a theater play and dance performance for the stage. Also, everyone agreed on the band and Dj's for the event.
